Who'll Stop The Rain?

Do you ever look out the window and wonder "who'll stop the rain?" I am amazed sometimes at how much water can be contained in such small, weightless clouds. Today I am in a swanky hotel in Seattle waiting to go to work and I was preparing for a nice leisurely run around the neighborhood... but much to my surprise when I opened up the drapes I encountered an oh so familiar site in the pacific NW... rain!

On to plan "b" which includes peanut butter and jelly, a cup of coffee, and my laptop...

Good morning! Another day ahead on the rails. Going to run west down the gorge today. Looking forward to some blue sky. (If we ever get out of Hermiston)

TKD Pre-Black Belt Test

Today was a pre-black belt test day for Grayson. He spent 1 1/2 hours showing his forms, punches, kicks, and other skills before the panel of judges.

He said it was the hardest day of his life! We will know in a week if he gets to advance to his black belt test tin June...

The Pied Piper

Grayson had a school play this evening and it was quite enjoyable. He played the mayor of Hamelin Town in the Pied Piper.
