Lonely Tennis Ball

Our yard has not been the same since the passing of our old dog Samson... just ask his best buddy... the lonely tennis ball.

Good Bye Sammy!

Well, the time has come to put our best friend to rest. Samson has been an amazing dog. He is always there to greet us, loves to walk and fetch the ball, and lays next to the bedroom door to keep out the bad guys...(though none have ever come)

We got him as a puppy and have enjoyed his companionship for almost 13 years.

You will be missed you big boob! (his nickname...)

Spring Break Skiing...

We had a great day skiing and snow boarding at Mt Hood this past weekend. It was a combination of great weather and superb conditions. Here are a couple of photos...

Another great day to wash windows... 38 degrees and 3 inches of snow. I just remind myself as I am working, "This customer is going to be very happy when I am finished."

Bowling for Stuffed Animals

We spent the evening bowling with 8 Jr High boys... After they were done, Grayson put a few tokens in the stuffed animal machine and won an animal almost every time he tried. It was a bit crazy at the bowling alley but nothing like it was when we got home!!!

Oh to have this much energy again.

A little birthday belly dancing...

This past weekend we went to dinner to celebrate Grayson's transition into his teens... He is now a big 13 year old!

We went to Marrakesh in downtown Portland. As part of the nights festivities he and his friend, who will remain unnamed for his protection :) got to experience a new kind of food, eating with their hands, and of course... a belly dancer.

It was lots of fun...
